Many employees are employed in Yellow for decades. Founded in 1924, the company offered high-paid and well-paid jobs to a lot of Americans.

Yellow said it expects to agree to the settlement with its creditors, pending the approval of a court ruling, to allow it to pay some wages and benefits and to suppliers.

The company disclosed a list of creditors in the trial of the court. Some of these include Amazon, Home Depot and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.

Yellow was long over the long time struggle with the demise of business, a high debt burden and a longstanding dispute with the Teamsters union. Among its 3030 employees, many were its drivers and dockers.
