Madden 23 post-Week 16 rating update has added to DeVonta Smith, and reduced to Davante Adams

Just two days after the NFL’s wild Week 16 season, EA Sports dropped the latest ratings update in the 23rd Madden area. This updated isn’t as big as it was in Week 15, but for one of the games, some young wide receivers will be upgraded and another major downgrade, as well as one of the best NFL players in the same position.

Like last week, the 99 club is not full of new members. Even though the week 5.5 was relatively new, there have been some interesting upgrades.

The most important update of the latest rating update was the expansion of DeVonta Smith’s game. Smith made 113 yards and two touchdowns for the Eagles in a tough loss last week to Dallas’s division rival. The receiver received a +1 OVR upgrade to 86, including a boost to Catching, Catching Traffic and Short Router Running.

In the North End, Giants defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence received an upgrade on his 2 shoulder. The defensive tackle is sitting at 93. Other notable upgrades include Packers defensive back Jaire Alexander (+1,93 OVR), Jets defensive lineman Quinnen Williams (+1,93 OVR), and Ravens linebacker Roquan Smith (+1,90 OVR).

A notable dropgrade has been made on Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams. Adams is taken over by the 99-club by the wideout now sits at 98 OVR. The AA and the Raiders were on the road in a tricky year as Las Vegas are below.500 at the moment, and are poised to miss the playoffs this season.

All the players’ defensive lineman and phoenix can be seen in the third week of a regular season. And, after all, the Cowboys have been struggling to keep running in the last two weeks of the NFL regular season.
