On December 31th in Saitama, Japan, a mixed martial arts concert was held. The joint MMA show was facilitated by the Bellator and Reason team.

In the main event, AJ McKee (8th Bellator) defeated Roberto De Souza (Rizin Champion) on unanimous decision.

In a round of the tournament by unanimous decision, Patricio Freire (Bellator Champion) defeated Kleber Koika (Rizin Champion), and in one round the victory.
