Amazon Q Business also has a new capability in preview now that it’s released in general availability. The new capability is Amazon Q Apps; It allows employees to build applications that prevent artificial intelligence from company data using natural language. It can be used to help employees perform tasks and automate their daily work easily and efficiently.

To accompany the general availability of Amazon Q, the company launched two free, self-paced courses that businesses can use to upskill their employees on Amazon Q. Amazon Q Introduction The course provides a high-level overview of Amazon Q and the Amazon Q Business Getting Started Gives the technical audience a better understanding of the feature and usage of Amazon Q Business as well as an explanation of how to build a chatbot using Amazon Q.
