AMD released the Radeon Software Adrenalin 23.9.3 update (23.20.11.04) for Windows 11 and 10. A special version (non-WHQL) is optimized for the games Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty and PAYDAY 3.

Known Issues

The following known errors have been identified in the AMD software: a version of the Adrenalin Edition driver update:

Some games may not display FPS (frames per second).

Audio can sometimes be lagging to the present moment when recording with the AMD software: Adrenalin Edition with the AV1 codec.

Some SAMSUNG FreeSync Premium Pro displays and televisions will not match the correct brightness when local dimming is enabled.
