While attending a Discord interview, Bethesda staff revealed some more about Starfields smuggling system.

According to Bethesda, when a ship arrives at a new location, its cargo is analyzed by security and then confiscated if smuggled goods are on board. In spite of this, the game developers noted that the goods can be hidden in special modules.

As well as Bethesda employees said, prices for selling and purchasing items will depend on their initial tastes. In addition, the developers announced that it was possible to buy properties in Starfield cities, which you can learn more about here.

Starfield is available on July 30, in the Microsoft Store, and on August 30, in the Xbox Store. The project will be released on September 6 – the Xbox Series X|S and PC platforms, and the Cloud Gaming and Game Pass services.
