The Competition and Markets Authority has given the green light to acquire Activision Blizzard today, Oct. 13th from Uglysee-based companies’ economic agency & international commission (CPF).

Microsoft cut a new contract in August which would allow Ubisoft to buy Acties cloud gaming rights. This trick gave Ubisoft all of Active’s PC and console content, but it was enough to convince the United Kingdom government that a deal could be finally agreed.

The CMA agreed to reopen the deal and launched an investigation in August. The U.Ks Competition and Market Authority said that the investigation has been finished today, with a CMA clearing this narrower transaction by cash flow-taking authority’d report to you shortly!

This was extremely pivotal because Microsoft didn’t really want to dominate the cloud gaming competition, and that was one of a major reason for what it happened in order. The CMA said that the new deal will discourage Microsoft from gaining competition in cloud gaming as it becomes too expensive, while also providing competitive prices and services to UK customers for today’s mobile device. Even though the cloud gaming service became acquired by Ubisoft, it should be still good enough for a deal to reach your goal.

Related Nintendo purchases, Fallout 3-D remake and Microsoft’s latest releases have got the best out of their last ten documents.

Brad Smith, vice president and CEO of Microsoft not hide his excitement on social media following the CMA review. We have now crossed the final regulatory hurdle to close this acquisition, which we believe will benefit players and games industries worldwide.

The buyout was originally blocked by the CMA in April 2023 due to cloud gaming concerns. The biggest fear was that it would harm competition on the cloud gaming market. To date, however. Microsoft made a streaming deal with Ubisoft which enabled the introduction of Activivision and Blizzards games to our service site?
