Cisco reported on the work in the last quarter and fiscal year 2023, which all closed on July 29. Key indicators show a notable increase. Thus, the income swung for the three-month period to $15.2m, which is 16 per cent more than the last year’s result of $13.1m.
In total sales, products made $11.65 billion, while services paid $3.55 billion. The US market is the largest with a sales of $9,08 billion. EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) made $3,93 million, and APJC (Pacific, Japan, China, and Asia) generated $2,20 billion.

An increase in net profit of Cisco in the fourth quarter of 2023 in financial year at $4 billion. The increase in profit has doubled previous years. According to this indicator, there was an increase of 41 %. Earnings per security for the year jumped 43 % from 68 cents to 97 cents.
It is noted that Cisco has nearly got rid of the huge number of backlogs accumulated during the harrowing COVID-19 pandemic – which caused a multitude of disruptors in supply chain. Many times, the delay in shipment of goods lasted up to several months. While Cisco received less money from equipment supply, it was forced to suspend its services for such customers. This also reduced cash flows.
As per the fiscal year 2023, Cisco got 57,0 billion in revenue, an 11 percent increase in revenue than the previous year (51,6 billion). The net profit rose from $11.8 billion to $12.6 billion.
