The final match in the toughest event of the WTA in Cincinnati, on August 20, took place.
The seventh largest player of the world Corey Gauff (USA) defeated the representative of the Czech Republic in straight sets Karolina Muhova (WTA 17) in a matter of 1 hour and 57 minutes.

It was the first girl’s meeting.
The American won a fifth class title in her career. Corey won his first title at WTA 1000.
Gauff will become the world’s sixth racket on Monday.
Corey defeated the world’s largest racket Iga Sventek and Muchova won against the other racket, Arina Sobolenko.
