Garmin released the Garmin Venu 3 smartwatch to take care of the physical activity, as well as the quality of the sleep, and improve the recovery period. As a result, a battery life of this device is about two weeks high.

Garmin considers battery life as a key difference between the new product and the new product. By using meditation, users can follow voice commands, set goals, and listen to white noise like the swans. On the other hand, users can choose from the different sessions or customize the sessions to their liking.

The smartwatch is equipped with a 1.8-inch screen with 354-454 pixels resolution, protecting against damage by durable corning gorilla glass 3. It supports Bluetooth, ANT+ and Wi-Fi, along with more than 30 sports applications installed on hand. With Venu 3, you can track your heart rate and blood oxygen saturation while also monitoring your health and wellbeing. You can answer calls in a smartphone connected with the microphone and the speaker.

In other news, Garmin presented the Venu 3S smartwatch, which is more compact than the older model: a diameter 41 mm and a weight of 40 g (Venu 3 has an actual diameter 45 mm and weight 46 g). The battery life of the Venu 3S is up to 10 days.
