After releasing the WHQL 31.0.101.5592 driver a few days ago, Intel sent another one today. Unlike the previous update, today’s non-WHQL driver adds support for two upcoming games: Final Fantasy XIV: Dawnrail and the first offspring.

The 31.0.101.5592 driver does not patch or fix anything other than optimizations for both games. Also, keep in mind that non-WHQL certified drivers may be less stable. The WHQL version of today’s release shouldn’t take too long to arrive. Also, beware of the following known bugs:

Intel Arc A-Series graphics products:

  • No Man’s Sky (VK) may experience an app crash during gameplay while changing window context with Alt + Tab.
  • Enshrouded (VK) may experience an app crash during gameplay.
  • Doom Eternal (VK) may exhibit intermittent flashing corruption in the game menu and during gameplay.
  • Topaz Video AI may encounter errors when exporting videos after using certain video enhancement models.

Intel Core Ultra with built-in Intel Arc GPUs:

  • Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection (DX12) may experience an app crash while loading the game.
  • PugetBench Extended Preset Benchmark may fail some Adobe Premiere Pro rendering tests.
  • Topaz Video AI may encounter errors when running certain benchmarks.
  • Procyon AI may experience an application crash while running a benchmark with exact Float32.
  • Launching a game with Endurance Gaming engaged may cause VSync to persist after disconnecting Endurance Gaming during gameplay. A workaround is to restart the app.

Intel Core processor products (12-14 generation):

  • Dragon Quest X Online (DX9) may experience sporadic app crashes during gameplay

As usual, Intel graphics drivers are available on 64-bit Windows 10 and 11 systems and on the following video cards or processors:

Discrete GPU graphics Integrated GPUs
Intel Arc A-Series (Alchemist)
Intel Iris Xe Discrete Graphics (DG1)
Intel Core Ultra (Meteor Lake)
Intel Core 14th generation (Refresh Raptor Lake)
Intel Core 13th generation (Raptor Lake)
Intel Core 12th generation (Alder Lake)
Intel Core 11th generation (Tiger Lake)

You can download the Intel 31.0.101.5592 non-WHQL driver from the official website. Full release notes are available Here (PDF).
