The RTX 4080 12 GB reincarnated within the size of an RTX 4070 Ti, and re-sold during fall. The rumor is never new and we should be prepared for after Nvidia’s keynote, but in the meantime, there is a little more nutty this week with a visual from Nvidia online coming.
The leaker @momo_us wrote a comparison table of specifications and performance of the RTX 4090 (24 GB), RTX 4080 (16 GB) and RTX 4070 Ti (12 GB), which the brand used to publish on its official website, and was removed from its official website. Relayed in Twitter earlier this week, this document tends to confirm the recovery of the existing RTX 4070 Ti (TB) of the 12 GB configuration.
Will the power hurt and prices are high?
The leaked table reveals an RTX 4070 Ti with the identical specifications as the late RTX 4080 12 GB. There would also be a GPU-chip with 7680 CUDA cores clocked at 261GHz in boost and 12 GB of video memory in GDDR6X. Card would be compatible with 4K up to 240Hz or 8K at 60Hz, or DSC or HDR. There were clearly no plans in Nvidia to make powder to a second, but at what price?

There’s a big question still being solved. The RTX 4070 Ti is probably cheaper than the imposing RTX 4080 16 GB (also built at 2.51 GHz) and has the lowest value of 1399 euros in France. It could also be a little more affordable than the newly born RTX 4080 12 GB. As a reminder, the latter was to be launched at 1099 euros in France before being canceled.
It will likely have to wait a little more time. According to The Verge, Nvidia could agree with the 799 dollars in kick price for its RTX 4070 Ti, but it will need to wait a little longer and wait for it.
