Dragami Games announced that the release date for the Lollipop Chainsaw remake has been delayed until summer 2024. Meanwhile, the official title of this remake will be Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP. The producer Yoshimi Yasuda delivered the news through Twitter. The game was originally scheduled for 2023 release.

With the new version of the games, the official Twitter account at Dragami gave the new window. It is available in Japanese and English and also in English.

The Lollipop Chainsaw remake was originally thought to be a revival project back in June 2022 and was officially confirmed shortly thereafter, on July 2022. The original game was developed by Grasshopper Manufacture and published by Kadokawa Games.

Dragami Games was founded on May 13th, 2022 and absorved many of Kadokawa’s IPs, such as the Demon Gazeseries, Natural Doctrine, God Wars, and Relayer, and theRoot Letter (Letter) games.

The sequel to the Lollipop Chainsaw is officially called Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP, but the release date is still a late spring. No one can tell what consoles that is for. The original game appeared on Xbox 360 and PS3.
