On October 17, 2023, a Japanese Metal Gear social media account teased the metal rock crossover with an armoured Vtuber. Hololive retweeted it. Now we know this was alluding to Vtuber Calliope Moris preparing for the Metal Gear Solid Colab song and then that of their Masterpiece, Vol 1. This is supposed to debut on October 20, 2023 at 2pm PT/5am ET/11.00 CET/6m JST.

After that full debut, a short clip of the song and its music video appears. Mori shared an official photocopy of her social media account. It’s only a 15 second sample, but shows the three games interspersed with the member at Hololive EN.

Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 1 will appear on PS4, PlayStation 5, Xbox X, PC and Nintendo Switch on October 24, 2023 with the Calliope Morif song preceding that of March 20, 2223 The exact date of the game’s release is still unknown.
