The new laptop receives an Intel Core i5-1235U processor instead of an 11th generation Intel Core chips. It has an Intel processor – 12th generation, that speeds up to 4 GHz, and integrates Iris Xe graphics. This new processor should save up to 88% more time.

The base version still only has 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD, but a model with 16GB RAM and the same amount of flash storage is also available for 99.000 dollars. One step forward is that the drive on solid-state can be able to drive.

This set of ports are the same model as last years: one USB Type-A, one USB Type-C, a headphone jack on the left and a free Surface Connect port on the right. The fingerprint scanner is powered by the power button. This laptop is equipped with wireless modules that match the Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 standards.

The new model is available in four color options, Platinum, Sage, Sandstone, Ice Blue (platinum, grey-green, sand and blue), and weighs about 850 grams.
