During the training period at London Chelsea, defenders Rhys James, who is the new team captain, and Trevo Chalobah have been injured.

James suffered a hip injury and, according to preliminary information, fell out of the team for several months. Chalobah’s injury is not as serious as his neck. So his rehabilitation may take an average of one month.

Reece James received the captains armband at the club in London in the summer off-season. He and Trevo Chalobah are also a graduate of the Academy of Chelsea.

In the season 2022/2023, James made 24 appearances for the Blues, scoring two goals and making two assists. Chalobah has been playing 33 games without scoring.
