The oscar-winning Naughty Dog has finished the second of us, but the studio still doesn’t have a clue how long it will last. According to Naughty Dog, which co-president, Neil Druckmann, this mystery title will be taking a look at the TV, especially in terms of creative process.

In an article from The New Yorker discussing the upcoming HBO Max series, Druckmann doesn’t drop any direct hints of the next game, but describes how the creative process behind it is changing and how the team borrows methods and talent from other mediums. He noted that it would be more like a TV show, since he was putting together a writing space in the script. He remembered a tiger, where he told the cinematographer of the HBO Max’s upcoming production: “She gave the door open to the public for her at Naughty Dog if she wanted to take a shot of the video game medium.

Gathering more writers is quite a change from Naughty Dogs. The Last of Us writer is the only one with whom Dr. Druckmann is known. The writer team grew with Uncharted 4: A Thiefs End, as Druckmann and Josh Scherr were both writers on it while Thomas R. Bissell III and Ryan M. James received more writing credits (Shaun Escayg swapped for Druckmann for Uncharted: A Lost Legacy). Druckmann, and Halley Gross, on the last of Part II, along with Scherr and James’s further write credits.

The idea of this new game in a manner that would be more logically modeled like a television show was being misinterpreted by some in many situations. Druckmann asked twitter for help. He said that this quote is about making games more collaboratively.

Druckmann hasn’t given up what he’s been working on, according to a report from the Summer Game festival he’d recently showed that it was a little too early for a new project to disclose. There were many claims that the team will make The Last of Us second part, but there are still weaker details of the book, a scientific fantasy match, without any doubt.
