It marks 10 years since Phil Spencer took over as the head of the Xbox division. He’s currently the head of Microsoft Gaming, and half the time of the existence of the Xbox brand has passed under the direction of Spencer. One of the Xbox executives was Peter Moore, and Phil Spencer said he’d learned a lot from him.

As I work for Peter, I learned a lot about this project. Congrats on being on Ironlord, he’s really good at writing, but he has many ideas and knowledge to share. Few people have worked with multiple platforms and have also been the leader of a major publisher.

We remember that Peter Moore left Xbox in 2007, so he could head EA Sports at Electronic Arts.
