Sales figures for Starfield from Xbox and Bethesda haven’t yet been disclosed, yet some data emerged about the successful run of the project. Previously, he said that Bethesdas new product has become the most successful Xbox project of the generation, and now he said that the number of concurrent players in Starfield has surpassed 1 million.

Phil Spencer said on Twitter that on the day of release, the number of concurrent players in Starfield exceeded 1 million across all platforms. There are over one million users enrolled in the Xbox Series X | S, PC, and via Xbox Cloud Gaming. No exact number of players remains.

Spencer didn’t give figures for the platform, but the SteamDB service shows that the peak online time on Steam stopped at around 270,000 players, the equivalent of more than 7000 users on the full display played by the Microsoft store.

Bethesdas Todd Howard previously said the Xbox release made Starfield easy for anybody to access.
