Since her streaming debut less than three years ago, QTCindrella has become one of the most famous faces in the community. She launched her brand as a hobby and has hosted big events like Twitch Rivals and the Streamer Awards. For example, QTCindrella was signed by Misfits Gaming as a content creator, making her 2022 the most successful year in her career.

But the journey wasn’t all the same as flowers and roses. The star is on a podcast with Anthony Padilla. He says that this period is often seen as the darkest time of her entire life.

For QTCindrella, a way to keep a spirit with other content creators was to make herself and others feel included. However, it has been a gift to a lot of people with unfounded criticism. She explained how hard she worked to be a leader of the field, but occasionally, people just introduced her to the world, or just recognized her as a friend of Ludwigs.

QTCindrella disclosed that her streaming career has been negative for her mental health. She said that the only way I was to get off my feet is a short term term. “So, despite a loss of mind, my therapist said, is that I have never seen an industry like this one that is more trauma-inducing than this one.

The intense interaction has had great effect on the mental health of QTCindrellas:

We’ve been swatted and a lot of traumatic things have happened in my life. Unfortunately, I didn’t have PTSD, but so I diagnosed PTSD from our getting swatted, she said. Until now, a car drove in the garden, and my stomach suddenly went down. A light cries in our house. My stomach appears. I hear a helicopter, and my stomach swells. Many times, when I get back in the night, I try to shake Ludwig and swatting him before it was all the time long.

QTCindrella feels such prank calls that lead to swatting aren’t funny, but miserable and traumatic. I don’t know when I can sleep overnight, she said. I never been more suicidal my entire life. It’s very scary.

Even though you are subject to such depressing situations, QTCindrella is also proud of the change she made in the industry by her work. People are together. It’s the only thing she says that now gives me purpose, she says. Many people said, Hey QT, you inspired me to do that.

She’s still growing and plans to run a baking competition on Twitch. This series is called Master Baker and is expected to feature seven streamers, with one participant getting eliminated every day.
