Sea of ​​Thieves season 10

While originally planned for July, the tenth seasonal content update for sea ​​of ​​thieves It finally dropped today, October 19th, and it carries guilds as its main feature. The previously announced Safer Seas private server events, plus a brand new global event, are still on the way, coming out before the new year.

Guilds allow pirates to form 24 strong teams, allowing players to work together to earn new types of server rewards. Goals that all members can pursue are displayed when joining a guild. Progressing through these helps the team level up through the guild’s shared reputation system, while gaining exclusive cosmetics to show off the team’s work.

Captains can start a guild, name it and give it its own branding before inviting other players to it, who can expand it further. Ships can also be shared with other guild members, allowing them to earn milestones for the vessel they are currently using.

What’s more, today’s update brings significant improvements to combat in the form of hit detection fixes, changes to sword duels to make them more consistent, and the removal of quick switching between two ranged weapons. Aim assist has also been enabled for players on Xbox consoles and PC using controllers.

The ever-reliable rowboats have also received updates, with different colors now appearing overseas. Captains can also save rowboats to their ship when departing, causing them to reappear in new encounters. They can even be repaired with planks now, just like ships.
