The Foreseen, Foreknown, Foretold Character Warp in Honkai: Star Rail is the first banner for Fu Xuan and Lynx. Hook and Pela are the other characters that can be picked up. Also, should you attach the banner to this banner? As far as the current roster and needs, it’s a banner I don’t recommend skipping.

In my study guide for the first half of the version 1.3, I explained my reasoning as to the character character development in Honkai: Star Rail. You may replace good DPS with almost anyone. But you can’t replace a good support. You’re particularly interested in solving higher difficulty content. This is why only one character can revive itself, but not others can use items during combat. Preservation and abundance characters are terribly important in the game.

As such, since Fu Xuan is a very good Preservation character and Lynx is a very good Abundance character, you should definitely try to pull for at least one of them. Unlike Hancock, it’s an amazing Nihility unit and she can improve your entire damage with her Ultimate.

Do you want to pull on the Phase II Banner in the Star Rail version 1.3?

If I had to pay so much attention to this banner, it would be 8/10. Fu Xuan is a great preservation character, who will eliminate the need for a “Abundance Unit”. Meanwhile, Lynx is a good Abundance character thanks to his ability to cleanse. As a single person, the other is a person who isn’t alone.

Pela is a great unit for anyone who either has a silver-wolf or need a Nihility in Forgotten Hall, and who will be in a position to join a family member already.

I would not suggest that this banner is a 10/10, because Hook is a victim of power creep. She can be effective, but fast all kinds of DPS’s are better choices to invest in.
