Ubisoft opened the open beta signups for Skull and Bones, allowing all of potentially fearsome swashbucklers to take their shot at a spot and try the game from start to finish. The beta runs from the 25th to the 28th of August, on PC (no one needing Ubisoft Connect), and English is the only language available for all. If you are one of the few people that you choose to go, you can check the time of the whole continent below, including a preloading option. If you choose to receive an invite, you can invite up to two friends in the beta. But in practice you’re not paying for one player, but three.

While playing this beta, players will also experience the main campaign contract up until Exterminate the Rat. Accepting various activities brings them up to the Buccaneer Infamy Tier.
