Blue Beetle star Xolo Mariduena hopes that his DC film will hit the box office.
He introduced Jaime Reyes to the superhero movie. Jaime Reyes suddenly owns the Scarab, an ancient relic of alien biotechnology, reads the synopsis. When the Scarab chooses Jaime to be his symbiotic host, hes bestowed with an incredible suit of armor capable of a vast and unpredictable powers forever changing his destiny.
When asked whether he felt pressure to make his new movie a box office hit as soon as it was released with the recent commercial failure of the DC movies like Black Adam and Shazam. Fury of the Gods, and The Flash, Mariduena said, “I guess I am sure Warner Bros., there is pressure that was a little bit disgraced”.
True, I will certainly like it to be the most exciting film of all time. And I truly feel like it’s a global movie. I think it should be a box office smash but it’s not just that big. I don’t want to be prisoner to the etiquette.

The film earned five million dollars on its opening Friday, which is expected to earn 25-33 million dollars in the first weekend’s box office. This is around the same pace as Shazam! Fury of the gods in the middle of this year.
