The latest Towerborne dev diary takes a look at the game’s sword and shield combat

We saw a lot more activity on Towerborne website recently, with the Stoic Games development team offering more information on the upcoming fantasy-action-adventure game to be published by Microsoft’s Xbox Game Studios over the past few weeks.

The developer log adds:

During Valor Mode, the player does not need to time their parry, but will automatically resolve incoming attacks by simply pressing the appropriate button. However, if the player chooses to engage in more skill, they can attempt to time the parry perfectly, and if they do, the enemy is stunned for several seconds.
