THQ Nordic acquires animation studio Metricminds

THQ Nordic has introduced its acquisition of Frankfurt-based Metricminds, a service supplier for animated content material.

The acquisition was introduced in a press release from THQ Nordic, although the phrases of the deal had been undisclosed.

Metricminds is understood for creating cutscenes, trailers, movement seize, keyframe animation, facial animation, and cinematics delivered in-engine. All members of the staff will probably be retained after the acquisition.

Projects that Metricminds has labored on embody Horizon Forbidden West, Dying Light, Borderlands 2, Evolve, and extra.
