The second episode of Urusei Yatsura will air in January 2024, and it appears on the Internet that a new key visual came before the movie. This image features new and old-looking people around Lum, who are smiling and winking in the middle of their eyes. We’ve got nothing new trailer for the second season. I appreciate it, Natalie!

Though we knew that season 2 would come out in 2024, it wasn’t clear which anime season it would start to take place in. However, there hasn’t been a specific date to release yet. The first season aired on Fridays, so there is a chance that the second season will follow suit. David Production may give much more details about that, and also release a trailer ahead of January 2024.
Urusei Yatsura was born in Weekly Shonen Sunday from 1978 to 1978. An anime series that aired in 1981, with Toshio Furukawa, Ataru and Uuumi Hirano as Lum, was featured. In 2022, David Production released a reboot, with Hiroshi Kamiya as Ataru and Sumire Uesaka as Lum. It’s a romantic comedy that Ataru (a human) accidentally proposes to Lum an oni and ends up moving up to his house a couple of months after falling in love with him.
The first season of the “Uzosusyyu” (the 2022 reboot) is available on HIDIVE. The second episode of Urusei Yatsura appears more likely on the streaming service than that when it arrives in January 2024.
