This new Zeekr sedan is here! With the new charger, this 2023 edition can be used to build more than 11,000 kilometers of autonomy. Don’t take this figure as a resemblance to the expected value.

Zeekr, we often talk about that. If you don’t know this brand, it’s a bit normal; it belongs to the Chinese giant Geely (who also owns Smart, Volvo, Lotus). You won’t find any Zeekr car in France, at least for the moment, even though it’s unlikely to be long since the Europeans’ commercialization is imminent. The company had the opportunity to announce its new autonomous driving system and the new Zeekr 001.
The new 001 is highly anticipated, so it uses a brand new battery from CATL. Before he read a book and went to the bookshop in 2022. Zeekr said that he had a 1 000 km autonomy. This is a new version of the 001 currently called. With regards to appearance, the Zeekr 001 (2019) doesn’t change very much. With the exception of three colour schemes, orange, blue and midnight black. There’s everything new inside.

Zeekr has formalised four battery capacities, respectively (546 km, 656 km, 741 km, and 1.082 km) with the cypressoelectric cycle. Rather optimistic than the European WLTP, this must be reduced by 15%, then give over from 850 to 900 km for the 1,032 km version. It’s still big, but there’s some catch, which means you’ll discover later.

This two-wheel-drive version is 400 kW and 686 Nm, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3,8 seconds. This version is equipped with a lithium-batterie with capacity of 86 kWh or 100 kWh. This battery has a range of 546 km/s656 km, respectively.
The single-engine version with rear wheels produces at least two hundred kW and 343 Nm. That latter is equipped with the xi diaboli battery, a three generation cell-to-pack battery, with a capacity of 100 kWh and 140 kWh, a range of 741 km and 1,032 km.
It was just 1,000 copies.
There is only one thousand copies of this, which is 1.0032 km, with delivery expected to begin in second quarter 2023. A model, which was therefore designed to communicate and be used as the ground for the vehicle with the world’s greatest autonomy.

With a 1.8″ dashboard and a 17″ center screen, the interior has a minimalist feel. The seats are made of leather from Nappa and are available in four colours: carbon black, nitrogen blue, platinum gray and titanium brown. The seats on the back are heated, ventilated and fitted with a massage. On the rear passengers have access to a single-use, 5-inch, multi-function touchscreen.
Zeekr announced a cost between 300 and 386,000 RMB (for 43,200 euros). We can’t wait to see what will happen in Europe.
