Baldor gate 3 Finished as the big winner on Thursday during the 2023 edition of the Golden Joystick Awards. The D&D-themed RPG from developer Larian won the Ultimate Game of the Year award and five other categories.
This was the 41st edition of The Golden Joystick Awards, which is the longest running gaming awards event in the world. Millions of people around the world voted for their picks in over 20 categories.
In addition to Ultimate Game of the Year, Baldur’s Gate 3 won PC Game of the Year, Best Storytelling, Best Visual Design and Best Gaming Community, while its developer Larian won Studio of the Year.
A sci-fi RPG by Bethesda Game Studios Starfield won Xbox Game of the Year, while the Resident Evil 4 A remake won Game of the Year on PlayStation. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was named Nintendo’s Game of the Year.

On Monday, the Game Awards, voted on by a select group of game critics, will reveal his candidates. The award ceremony, which will also include tons of trailers for upcoming games and major reveals, will take place on December 7 in Los Angeles.
