The gloomy Cult of the Lamb, now known as Massive Monster, hasn’t reached its final yet! Next year, a new content update will add more excitement.

With the cult rogue character Cult of the Lamb, devolver Digital and Massive Monster delivered one of the largest indie hits in 2022. And perhaps you already have fully developed your own cult. But don’t worry! Because the developers announced that it is coming and that more content is free.

Massive Monster confirmed that they’ll update the content for Cult of the Lamb in 2023 at the turn of the year. The real and profound changes will, according to an expert, be taken into consideration and are also addressed with difficulties and accessibility options. A new heavy attack should be played, too.

The developers promise to add things that many players have already asked for. So far, they haven’t wanted to get the details out of detail, so they were providing only small discussions about the innovations. A specific release date hasn’t yet been announced.

The story was released for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC. The game saw an average of 84 critics and earned a nomination for the best player of all time award at this year’s Game Awards.
