In his appearance on Today show, president Fran Drescher said that the recent break of negotiations between SAG-AFTRA and AMPTP was completely wrong.

Drescher says AMPTP reps weren’t listening.

I truly felt a lot of shock because what is that really mean and why you are going to walk away from the table, said Dr. Herscher (via Deadline). It’s not like if the people are asking for something that is so outrageous. It’s really wrong. They walked out of the meeting and were disrespectful.

Drescher continued to say that she noticed a conversation about the AMPT and talking at you they really don’t want hearing what anyone will say or why yours saying it.

According to reports on the matter, a deal broke out after TheAMPPT declined SAG-AFTRA proposals for two times more in revenue. The CEO of Netflix, Ted Sarandos acknowledged the reports by signaling that its move was a bridge too far for this union.

While Sarandos said the AMPTP had offered its union one-of six success strategies for subscriptionbased production, it doesn’t seem that SAGAFTRA thought this deal was good enough. The talks between SFAFTRA and the USF have broken up rapidly. So they do not seem to be ready for now when it will continue as much time again soon!
